From the initial visit by John, through to completion, the whole team were supportive, friendly and extremely professional. We dealt mainly with Ryan and Tom, who were superb, but all of the team made us feel welcome whenever we called in. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

28th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Excellent estate agents from start to finish, particularly from a buyers perspective. Ranbir was very kind, helpful and professional in helping us to book a viewing. Peter showed us round the property and was extremely professional throughout. Sam was fantastic in helping us to secure the property. Russell then helped us with the rest of the journey and we cannot thank him enough. Our property purchase took longer than expected due to the sellers' change of circumstances but he kept us fully informed and clearly communicated to us throughout the process. Russell was also there if we had any questions and was always happy to help. Thank you to the whole team at Kingsley Pike, we are so happy in our new home! From Matt and Clare

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms
28th Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)Although I had several confirmations for the viewing, Isobel turned up 20 mins late for the viewing despite the offices being 3 mins drive from property and admitted that she was in the middle of having her lunch and also hadn't put the viewing in her diary. The property was lovely but it was such a rushed viewing that I wasn't even given the chance to see the allocated parking space or the garage. Even so, I was quite interested in the flat and even asked about when they would contact me about putting an offer in, and was informed that it would be straight after the current round of viewings. I didn't hear back them for a few days and as it was the bank holiday weekend I thought I would give them till the following week. I call on Tuesday and left a message which was ignored. I follow up with a call the following day and spoke to Isobel and was informed that the property is now sold and off the market. The excuse that was given was that she was on holiday and her colleagues should've contacted me. Very disappointing with the service, to not be given the chance to put an offer for a lovely property and be given excuses from an otherwise highly rated agents.

I have always been made to feel like i am part of the Samual Miles family, and I have always been aware and reassured that Stella is just one call away if i need her. I can not recommend herself and the team enough. I can assure you, you are truly looked after, and they genuinally really care. The whole process from viewing my property, to moving in was completely effortless, and i now have a house that I can truly call my home. Thankyou so much Stella, I can never thankyou enough for all you support. You truly are the best. H & R

Mark and Teresa were brilliant, keeping me informed and liaising with all parties. The whole team were responsive and supportive, especially when things got a bit complicated. I have used MA&I three times now and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

From initial valuation and understanding of our property/local area to sales progression the team have always been there to answer any queries and help us along the way. Always open to client suggestions and changes in advertising really makes the team and agent feel like they’re working with you. 29th Jul 2024 (25 weeks ago)Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to come off the market. We had very few viewings (1 between January and July and one the previous year.) The viewings seemed to be done very professionally and the staff always seem very professional. However, not sure why so few viewings, if it is the market, wrong evaluation of our house or whether agents could have been more proactive.

As first time buyers, it was very reassuring to have great contact throughout the process; from arranging the first viewing; making the offer; the second viewing; and continually helping with issues we were having with our solicitors. Without Paul we wouldn’t have known quickly that communication between the solicitors for the sale was breaking down and threatening the process. With Paul’s prompts and genuine care, we were able to chase our solicitors when needed and ensure things kept moving. We love our house and fee very lucky that it was still available and it all worked out for us! Paul is such a lovely personable guy, but sadly this is our forever home so we won’t need his services again! We are recommending him to friends and family though!
