Our experience with them was seamless, efficient, and genuinely stress-free from start to finish. Throughout the process, we felt fully informed and involved, with excellent communication at every stage. Sue in the office was consistently thorough and efficient, handling all bookings and enquiries with great professionalism. The team who carried out the viewings were fantastic—flexible, considerate, and always accommodating of our busy household with two young children and a cat. 15th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I honestly can’t thank Hannah Knight enough for the effort she’s put in to get my property over the line. I’m currently on the other side of the world and a last-minute issue came up with checks that could have delayed my tenants moving in possibly weeks— who were relocating from up north literally the next day. Despite the time pressure, Hannah worked relentlessly to sort it. She pulled out all the stops, coordinated everything on my behalf, kept me fully updated, and made sure it was resolved in time so the move could still go ahead as planned. Her professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care made a potentially stressful situation completely painless for me. It’s rare to find someone who goes this far above and beyond their job, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is proactive, dependable and actually gives a damn — I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

What was becoming a stressful situation has been made so easy since we switched to Goodman Warren and Beck. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

The team are fully wired into the locality and by far the best experience I've had with motivated & proactive estate agents. Chapeau team BB & 100% certain i'll be engaging with you again when I move back to the area!

From the moment we engaged with Atwell Martin, Calne to facilitate the sale of our property, both Ben and Stewart have been very much hands on and kept us informed every step of the way. Our home was listed on their website in just a few days of us signing up, and was sold after just two viewings in the first couple of weeks. I can most certainly recommend Atwell Martin, Calne for a very thorough and professional service, with very competitive fixed costs. Thank you.

Emily the sales progressor kept us in the loop and always answered our questions asap. The WhatsApp group was easy to communicate and as a busy working mum, I was able to access all the messages when I could. I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend :)

We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.

29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
