What should have been a straightforward, professional process quickly became a catalogue of dismissive communication, inaccurate information, and a complete lack of accountability. Staff repeatedly failed to provide clear or timely updates, and legitimate concerns were met with indifference rather than any attempt to resolve them. The property was misrepresented, and issues that should have been addressed immediately were instead brushed aside. The overall attitude from the team felt arrogant, careless, and entirely customer?unfocused. At no point did we feel that our concerns were taken seriously or that the agency was acting with integrity. Martin Maslin Estate Agents did not deliver even the basics of competent service.
