9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

I can't emphasize how polite, friendly and proactive he whilst viewing. He is an absolute credit to his company.- 25th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for. The first two buyers both made offers so l was able to compare and choose a buyers thanks once again yours K. Nineham.

(thankfully)<br>Genuine, responsive , professional, and efficient team, with a sense of humour.<br>Excellent communication and management of the moving process from start to finish.<br>Honestly, if you’re in their ‘catchment’ area, then use them.

16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)The friendly, hard working and professional team at Fells Gulliver went above and beyond to ensure the smooth progress of the whole chain when we bought a house they were selling. They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.

27th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Initially the house was up for too much as we had no viewings. Once the price was reduced we had more viewings plus one SSTC. I didn’t feel Hamwics were quick to advise of changes.
1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Tom Harper was very helpful with liaising between ourselves and the seller of the house we were purchasing. He kept in regular communication with updates and provided reassurance at each stage. As first time buyers, it was reassuring to have Tom's patience and understanding and he took the time to explain the process as we went through it. Would recommend. Thanks, Tom!

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
