The sales progression from Debbie was great, we had a number of delays caused by our buyers solicitor and Debbie was very helpful in chasing and ultimately getting us moved. Would certainly recommend.

Peter is a good communicator which helps to keep the sales process moving along. Peter keeps me informed of new properties coming to the market that may suit my clients. I have done a number of deals with Peter in the last couple of years and my clients have all been happy with the properties and the process. He has a thorough knowledge of the area and the market enabling me to have confidence in the properties that he offers me so that I do not waste mine or my clients time. Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

3rd Jun 2024 (18 weeks ago)I found them unprofessional on two or more occasions and cancelled my contract with them at the first opportunity. Since then I have moved to another Agent, but Michael’s told a potential buyer that the property was sold, although they knew perfectly well it wasn’t. That is just spiteful in my opinion.
2nd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Recently bought my first property and used their mortgage broker, Ashleigh Sinclair. Absolutely fantastic customer service, approachable, friendly, informative and fun! Made an extremely daunting and scary first experience the most relaxed and straight forward you could possibly ask for. Can't wait to deal with her again when our first fixed term is up! Highly recommend if you want to get a clear understanding of how it all works without all the technical jargon. Thank you Ashleigh!
20th Sep 2024 (20 days ago)If you’re looking around for an agency to use to rent don’t bother with this one. They don’t care for anyone’s mental health, financial situations, property upkeep NOTHING! The landlord we had was terrible and they did nothing to help. By the time we HAD to leave the flat it was u liveable we reported issues along the two years we was there to no reply or help, mould in the walls around the windows and bath, massive wet ‘hole’ in the bathroom floor, no hot water for 2 weeks when we moved in with a new born and they didn’t care, and loads more but I won’t bore you! Basically don’t bother with these find somewhere else. Oh one other thing, they enter your property with NO consent for visits and don’t pay attention to the time on the email they send you for the visit cos they come 4 hours before that anyway, when they think your not in so they can just walk in without consent.

From our personal phone call back from a letting enquiry to arranging a time that suits us for a viewing - the process of finding a property was simple and professional. Once we had made our decision to rent with Kingsleigh the systems that are in place to ensure that they, we and the landlord are subject to accountability and all the correct checks and balances are in place, are of the highest standard. Nicky and her lettings team sent timely emails, made personal calls to us, and all staff were aware of who we were and could help us at any time. Easy to use software and apps made the process simple and we were in no doubt we were being taken care of. The property was ready when expected and the digital itinerary was incredibly detailed and filled us with confidence that any snags were recorded prior to our tenancy start. Since letting the property, we have liaised with Nicky twice with Kingsleigh regarding landlord related queries and the answer is almost immediate with a personal call and follow up email. We have also been supported by the Lettings Hub – arranged by Kingsleigh, free of charge – who offer assistance with getting services online post move, compare market rates on insurance and other products you may need to let a property. We feel safe, protected and valued as tenants in our new home and feel that Kingsleigh are in a different class to other high street agents who do not offer the same bespoke service. I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
