Although one sale fell through when the potential buyer pulled out without notice, Matthew and Richard got us back on the market and we accepted an offer only two weeks later. We liked dealing with Matthew and Richard throughout the process. Their team handled the viewings. Selling and buying a home is a stressful time and having Cooper's on our case made it much easier.

Zach was courteous, knowledgeable and it was easy to hold a conversation with him whilst never feeling like we were being ‘sold’ to. A genuinely good person to have on your side whilst trying to make difficult choices!

Smooth transaction throughout the process with great communication with the entire Kettering team. 26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)Although we were busy and got a lot of viewings, I ended up showing all the people around. They had very little interaction with us after viewing. The pictures were very dark and then estate agent, not a photographer came out to retake. I will say they were very good at getting me feedback, which was very useful. I also had opportunities to be advertised in London which I didn't have the chance to take up.
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Take extra care with them… They lying a lot…and over charging you if they can. They are very polite before you sign the contract… Respect for the maintenance gentleman, he doing all what he can, but the office doesn’t help him to much.
