Rachelle, Stuart and the team were excellent throughout the process, always keeping us fully informed on viewings, feedback at every stage from instruction through to exchange and completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons.

I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge Meghan shared about the local area and the types of properties available. I’m planning to move to the area in a couple of years and will definitely be returning, hopefully Meghan will be able to help me find the perfect home. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful these days, and I didn’t get the same feeling from other agents I visited. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome! Sophie
21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)A slightly late review... Which i apologise for... Tony was absolutely Amazing with helping me move into this 1 bed flat in MIdhurst ...Tony had everything sorted for me... He even reasured my parents when they both phoned him for questions to be answered!!.... Tony for me went above and beyond to help and support me!!.... and a beautiful touch was a starter welcome box... which was very much appreciated.... So Tony a massive THANK YOU... as i said I definitely Recommend King and chasemore ??????????????????.

Communication was outstanding throughout; we were kept constantly updated and always felt fully in the loop, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was their genuine care and dedication. 20th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

9th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!
15th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)It has been quite a pleasant experience with Charlie Salter . He works high-efficiently and always gives us the very prompt reply of every enquiry. Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.
24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I can’t fault the hard work that Aidan and Harry have put into selling our flat. When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.

She took time to fully understand our requirements and to identify properties to suit. The service was far superior to any other Estate Agents we contacted.

Whilst firm on her pricing and sale strategy, she truly understands the local market conditions and thus we trusted her knowledge and experience. We have been listened to and supported throughout our sale process and absolutely treated like the clients, together we have been able to determine the approach that we felt comfortable with.
