Can’t recommend enough!
4th Sep 2024 (14 weeks ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

From the moment I met Tony at the property for the viewing and Sophie on move in day absolutely nothing has been too much for them…..I really have been a handful at times with my requests. Both Sophie and Tony are professional, friendly and knowledgeable to excess but at the same time so approachable about absolutely anything, not just to do with the property. Tony please keep smiling. Your smile really does light up the room when you walk in. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Don’t ever leave!!! Sophie I hope you stay with King & Chasemore Midhurst for many years to come. You are so polite. Tony and Sophie it has been an absolute pleasure meeting you and working with you in finding a property that really is just perfect for me, my family and my disabilities. Thank you sooo much again Tony and Sophie.

30th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)I have no hesitation in recommending RH and RW Clutton. They were always there to answer queries and guided me through my house sale. They were extremely Covid aware and their protocols were excellent. It’s safe to say mine was not an easy sale, but they never gave up or lost interest. Moving house is a costly business but I most certainly did not begrudge paying them their commission as they well and truly earned it. Thank you so much Peter and Pippa.

From home viewing to smooth completion, staff have been very supportive and even welcomed us with a housewarming present. Special thanks to Joel who helped us made this dream a reality. 5 stars are not enough for an exceptional treatment to clients.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

To the extent that they became the primary source of information to many of the buyers in the chain. Big shout out to India and Tim. 21st Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)White and Brooks helped to sell our flat and myself and my partner were so impressed with the service they offered. They had regular viewings arranged and helped us to get an offer quickly. However they really came into their own towards the end of the process when some issues to do with solicitors dow the chain threatened the success of the sale. Sophie Franklin and Emma Neville went above and beyond to help us chase people up, communicated with everyone involved and they managed to help solve the issue in time for the sale to still go through. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family.
