7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Didn’t hear much from them in the first 6 weeks and a very tough market to try and sell in. Once we started chasing them things started to happen, I did feel they were more reactive rather than pro active. A few different staff members with varying levels of ability, I got the feeling they are going through some changes.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.
