Without meaning to copy previous reviews I seriously cannot write anything negative about Sophie or Tony. From the moment I met Tony at the property for the viewing and Sophie on move in day absolutely nothing has been too much for them…..I really have been a handful at times with my requests. Both Sophie and Tony are professional, friendly and knowledgeable to excess but at the same time so approachable about absolutely anything, not just to do with the property.
Tony please keep smiling. Your smile really does light up the room when you walk in. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Don’t ever leave!!!
Sophie I hope you stay with King & Chasemore Midhurst for many years to come. You are so polite.

These two deserve the length of this review,
Tony and Brooke have been absolutely incredible, they both go to extreme lengths to provide the best service.
I was provided a viewing within two days and upon arrival Tony was so happy and bubbly gave me a viewing i’d never forget, the humour and the professionalism was one of a kind. I expected the viewing and within 5 minutes I was sitting down with Brooke signing for referencing.
Brooke was friendly, kind and very polite. She gave me all information and both letting agents at Midhurst have kept me in the loop and reassured me.
They have done all of the work in finding me a one bedroom property within three weeks I am moving in! All work done that needed to be done completed over one weekend. I’m genuinely forever grateful to have worked with such an incredible team.
I highly recommend King and Chasemore due to the experience I have had. They deserve every promotion they get. Every penny they earn. Thank you guys so much??

I have used this agency for several properties. Things seem to be going downhill in the past few years, deadlines are never met, maintenance issues are slow to be managed, property visits are rarely conducted. Always an excuse or colleagues pass the buck. I have to chase every aspect of our rental. Be cautious.

Couldn't recommend K&C Midhurst enough. After a very turbulent few months and multiple knock backs, Tony and Sharon didn't give up. Only when there was a time limit put on things, I began to lose hope. Tony came up trumps on a place and had me moved in within 2 weeks. The compassion, understanding and perseverance that they gave was second to none. I wouldn't look anywhere else, just fantastic. Thank you, team!

I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.

I’m happy to share my experience with king and Chasemore staff. They had provided me an excellent service regarding my letting. They all are very kind and helpful. Although I faced so many challenges during this letting they all stood beside me and helped me a-lot. There are no words to explain my gratitude towards them. At the beginning of the year we bought a house being marketed by King and Chasemore. All the staff members were excellent, but we dealt mainly with Lorna who was just brilliant at liaising between all the different parties. Moving is always a difficult time but Lorna's warmth and professionalism made all the difference.

Great service from Edd Head I would highly recommend using him in the office. After the first house fell through Edd helped out to find another one quickly. He was very helpful with details to and from the seller and let the seller know I was ready to proceed quickly and I would be a suitable buyer. My offer was accepted and Edd carried on with the details to and from and checking the property untill the end. 2.5 months later and the keys are in my hand.
I'd had troubles with Cubitt and West in Chichester sending totally unsuitable houses. Not even turning up to meet me at a viewings because of there head office. So it was quite a relief to find a Edd.
It's my first house purchase and I found it quite stress free and I believe this is down to quick and honest answers throughout to guide me.

I would say these guys are amazing !
I was looking for 2/3 bedroom home with garden, had many viewings and couldn't find anything that ticks all our requirements. I had a conversation with Sharon Lambert couple of weeks ago and I explained my requirements, no homes were available that time and she promised that she will contact me if she find any suitable property. Honestly I was not expecting any call back, but she did call me on a Saturday evening and told there is home and it is not advertised, if interested I can have a viewing on Monday. I quickly accepted the offer and made the viewing. A lovely home with large garden on a reasonable price that ticks all the boxes! Needless to say, I accepted the offer there itself and started processes on the same day.
I would like to thank Sharon for her service, indeed she went extra mile and ensured everything is going smooth as expected. I have recommended Kings and Chasemore to my friends as well. Highly recommended

I registered with hundreds of agents over 4 counties and found Sharon @ K&C the most engaging and communicative agent of all. My search criteria was quite demanding, but even if she didn't have anything suitable to offer, she still called to catch up, check on my search and explore what compromises I could make. I have been in property for over 25 years, and have managed large London offices and departments, so to encounter good old fashioned effective agency (rather than the usual ping out an email) is so refreshing and a skill and fortitude hard to find. If I could give King and Chasemore Lettings no stars I would. They “managed” our property in Midhurst for several years and even before COVID was the excuse for everything, we had to remind them every time about property inspections, confirmation that the tenant had swept the chimney annually (as per tenancy agreement), rental arrears and issue of rental statements. At termination of our agreement, it took several reminders from us to confirm that the deposit they held had been transferred and keys returned. In fact, we were “managing” the property more than they were. We also have a let property in North London and as a direct comparison to King and Chasemore I would not hesitate in giving the London agents 5 stars for their excellent service.

From the moment of first contact We immediately new these guys were good , having bought and sold a few properties over the years we have in the past received awful service but King and Chasemore were fantastic and there service went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble , all the sales staff were bought over to the property and new everything there was to know regarding the grounds out buildings and practical stuff like boilers etc so they always had a answer for a prospective buyer and took notes , our property was a Grade 2 listed so not the easiest to sell but they took an interest and had enthusiasm when showing people round.

I was in an unusual position of being a local representative for a National Church charity which was selling a house which it jointly owned. Consequently, the sale had to be conducted under RICS guidance which follow Charity Law rules.
As I was new to this process, there was a lot more proof required of the legal entity of myself and my position as representative. In addition, anyone interested in purchasing the property had to be informed of the legal delay in approving the sale.
These complications were handled very well by King & Chasemore, making my life a little less stressful, given my role as go between them and the Church Charity trustees, solicitor and joint house owner.

King and Chasemore Midhurst is a busy, small agency but the manager and the staff are committed to great customer service. I was as pleased with their approach to the sale of my property last year as I had been when I purchased the house in 2012. I was kept well informed and up to date with the results of viewings and the situation of possible purchasers. The right person came along on a very wet Saturday afternoon and it was obvious the viewer was interested. I was not surprised when an offer came and the agency dealt with matters utterly professionally. When delays occurred with my inward purchase they were able to find out details of the reasons for the delays that I was not able to get and this gave me comfort. I cannot rate them highly enough.
