Although I did not end up renting a property through Chancellors Finchley, he consistently shared suitable options and was helpful in trying to find places that matched my requirements. Communication was clear, and he was prompt in following up and arranging choices to consider. I appreciate his effort and would recommend him to anyone looking for a proactive and supportive lettings negotiator.

13th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.

I met Soraya, who is a very sweet and kind lady, and within six days I had the keys to our first rental. They were very professional and super quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend them!
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

Emma was fantastic—her consistent communication, warmth, and professionalism made the process as smooth as can be. We always felt supported and well-informed. Highly recommend!
7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued. I would use Stags again and recommend to other.
24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would recommend Zoe/Red Deer without any hesitation whatsoever. A long, awful, drawn out 6 month chain, with solicitors leaving, indemnity insurance issues, cancelled movers and the rest. Despite this Zoe was there to help at every stage. From initial visit we knew we had found the perfect estate agent. Zoe knew the area, respected our cottage, valued well and presented it superbly. 3 other "big name" estate agents valued our property ( 7 miles outside Bridgwater) but had no idea - they valued between £100,000 and £170,000 LESS !....seemed unless they had a street of identical properties to base their valuation on, then they had no clue !..SOLD at virtually asking price to third viewers. Zoe continually went above and beyond, sorting many issues that were not part of her remit but got us over the line a week before Christmas. I WOULD RECOMMEND RED DEER 101% AND FREELY PERMIT ZOE TO PASS ON MY EMAIL SHOULD ANYONE WANT TO VERIFY MY REVIEW.....

Exactly what you need when buying a home. She kept everything moving, made the whole process feel far less stressful, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Always on the ball and clearly knows her stuff. Would 100% recommend Lorraine to anyone.

They were amazing from the get go, we viewed a house, fell in love, it was no issue to view a second time and we went back again to do some other checks after having our offered accepted. Honestly nothing was too much, Ellie, who we essentially have been in contact with over the purchase was so lovely. She kept in contact throughout the whole process and made sure we had everything we needed when asked. I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. A very easy and smooth process!

They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year.
