25th Nov 2024 (17 weeks ago)Hilda England worked tirelessly to complete the sale of the property. I was kept informed throughout the process and given sound advice. Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued. I would use Stags again and recommend to other.

Great advert provided and continuous support given throughout. Zoe also provided a guiding hand when Teddy was leaving the Pram whilst firmly grasping a Cricket Bat.

I had two sales fall through and they worked very hard to secure a sale for me and also a purchase as this was compromised because of the aborted sales. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needed a good estate agent. It was an exceptional service.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. 31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
