It was great to have such a high level of support throughout the entire process and the level of communication and guidance was exceptional. In particular (as someone who was relocating from another area following a bereavement and purchasing a listed property), it was great to work with the same person throughout the process who was mindful of the sensitivity of the move, had such good local knowledge, and could offer expert insight into the additional complexities of buying historic buildings and associated land. Thank you so much for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Her black book of related professionals was exceptional and we ended up using the VERY best lawyer and surveyor which was invaluable at keeping stress levels on the low side.

I had two sales fall through and they worked very hard to secure a sale for me and also a purchase as this was compromised because of the aborted sales. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needed a good estate agent. It was an exceptional service.

In particular, Lorraine David-Jenkins not only managed to secure an offer on our property almost as soon as the photographs for the brochure had been taken, but she also gave us lots of support throughout the process of the sale and all the rather tortuous process of our purchase of our new home. 26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
