I can't fault the service that I received from the lovely team in the Minehead office. I was kept up to date throughout with the sale of the property, and they were always there to answer any questions that I had. I would certainly use them again in the future.

We have nothing but praise for Richard and his team in the Minehead office, after the sale of my brother's property. Richard impressed us from the start with his professional but approachable manner and incredible market knowledge. His advice was always realistic and supportive. Richard always took time to update us and any enquiries or concerns were swiftly answered by Richard or the team, who all went above and beyond to support my brother with all aspects of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble and my brother's wishes were always catered for. I thoroughly recommend Richard and his staff to anyone buying or selling in the Minehead area.

I have just bought our home through Wilkie May and Tuckwood. Working predominantly with Abi and Richard, we received a service that rivaled any other in the town. It was a long 18 months process to find the right home for us, while we waited for our home to sell and while we worked out what we really wanted with the budget we had.
We disregarded the home we've ended up buying for a number of reasons, but we're encouraged to see it by Abi. On walking through the door, I got goosebumps that maybe this was it. I just knew there was something about it, but we just had to make the numbers work. With some careful thought and some negotiation with and by Richard, we got the house for a price that worked for us, allowing us to do the necessary renovations to make it our forever home. Having lost a buyer of the home we were selling along the way, having friendly and understanding faces in the Minehead office, was a real help. I honestly can't thank the team enough for taking the time to get to know our needs, almost to the point that you knew what we wanted, better than we did. Forever grateful. I don't plan to move anytime soon, but if we do, we will list with the Wilkie team. First class!

If your going to use an estate agent in minehead then my advice is use Wilkie May Tuckwood. We had a really hard time trying to sell our house after liz truss broke the economy and Wilkie's did a great job, working hard and staying proactive, helping us to stay positive. Richard unlike many estate agents, is a genuine kind and honourable man with a fantastic professional team around him. They held our hand every step of the hellish way that is english conveyancing and i would recommend them to anyone selling a house in minehead.

My sister employed this company to arrange an energy performance certificate whilst undertaking the sale of her property.
The EPC surveyor made no effort to check that the cavity was insulated, although any experienced operator would know by the drill pattern (he was also told by the householder that it was insulated). I informed these agents of this and am yet hear from them.
