Top notch very professional communications excellent
We made an appointment via the TAUNTON office to view an advertised property seen on the Internet. We explained we were very interested and travelling by train from Hertfordshire via London - they made and confirmed an appointment to view the Milverton Somerset property to co-incide with the arrival of our train at Taunton where we had arranged to be collected and taken to view the property. Then they cancelled our appointment out of hand even when we explained our tickets had already been purchased for the following day. When we enquired why we could not still view the properrty as we would be there anyway we were informed that the Manager refused to budge. What kind of code of practise have this company got - non ethical and unbusinesslike attitude from a pompous uncaring Manager. We are considering our legal options on this one.

Disappointing service from an estate agents that prides itself on its "exceptional level of service". Waited 5 days to arrange a viewing (NOT available 24/7 as they claim!), rang up twice and was promised a call back but never received one. When I rang the third time, I was told that I had been misinformed about the property and had to give my details (budget, rooms etc.) for the third time. When I become frustrated, the lady appeared to laugh? Very disappointed.
