   I couldn't be happier with the service and support I received from Elisha at W H Brown Haxby.<br><br>We had an incredibly stressful time during the purchase of one of their properties, and throughout the whole process Elisha was the one person who truly dug in and did everything she could to help us. She went above and beyond in what was a very difficult situation, always taking the time to offer advice, keep us updated, and fight our corner whenever she could.<br><br>Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. Even though she's clearly a very busy lady, she always made time for us and was only ever a phone call or email away. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help meant so much to me and my family during such a challenging time.<br><br>I honestly can't praise Elisha enough for all of her hard work, dedication, and support. She is a real credit to W H Brown, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us.    I used Your Move in 2019 and then again in 2026. Their service is still outstanding. Scott is very lucky to have such an amazing team of people working with him. I was so grateful to Sam who helped me to sell my late Dad’s property. He was always one step ahead keeping everything moving along, constantly liaising with solicitors and my buyers.    Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed....
