Fantastic service from start to finish!

Honestly a fautless and fantastic experience with Your Move Anscombs, from the initial viewing of the house we went on to purchase, to the end when we got our keys.
Depsite the purchase process being a little tricky at times, due to unforeseen complications outside of our and Anscombs hands, all members of the team we dealt with, but in partiuclar Rob, Emma, and Liz, not only provided us updates throughout, but went above and beyond to get the full picture of the purchase chain and where they could, co-ordinate other estate agents to hurry along the process.
I would not hesitate to use Anscombs again, and would happily recommend them to anyone.

We have recently sold our property in York with Your Move Anscombs and they have been brilliant. We initially went with them through a personal recommendation and Scott went above and beyond to help us with the sale. It could have been particularly difficult as we now live over 200 miles away, however both Scott and Sam were so helpful it really didn’t make a difference that we were not living in the property. We were particularly impressed by the communication. Using a WhatsApp group made a huge difference and seemed like a logical and incredibly helpful way for us all to keep in touch. We were never unable to get hold of someone when we needed help or reassurance and this was invaluable to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Move to anyone wanting to work with efficient, personable and highly professional estate agents.

Just completed our sale in York with great help from the team at Your Move, particularly Sam. Proactive communication, regular updates and sound professional advice throughout. Our experience closes the loop as we purchased this property 5 1/2 years ago with Your Move as the selling agents (with most of the same team involved back then)!! Sam has been absolutely fantastic. The service he has given us has been spot on, reacting with speed to information received and being very clear with the next steps. He has also put our minds to rest at numerous stages throughout the often stressful process which was invaluable.
The use of the WhatsApp group has been fast, efficient and perfect for us all to receive information at the same time. Brilliant idea!

We recently sold a house with Anscombs and would be very pleased to recommend them. Craig provided the initial valuation. Craig seemed very knowledgeable about the area and provided what i think was a realistic price, based on the current market. Once the photos had been taken the property was on the market the following day and Rob took care of us and the sale from then on. Rob was very proactive, chasing all parties, when necessary, and really good at keeping us updated with progress. If ever Rob wasn't available the rest of the team were also very helpful so all in all I'd have no hesitation in recommending Anscombs for a house sale.

We recently used Your Move to sell our house, and would 100% recommend - Rob in particular is fantastic - he is professional, hard working and incredibly proactive, keeping us updated almost every day, and working tirelessly to finalise our sale. He is very supportive and kind to deal with, and made the whole process a lot easier than it could have been. We would not consider using any other estate agent in the future, and would recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their house.

Having been out of the property market for more than 30 years, they made what felt like a daunting prospect easy and the whole team really were a pleasure to deal with, whenever we rang or called in they were welcoming, responsive and keen to help in any way they could!
Craig was excellent, his valuation proved to be the most accurate and he was more than happy to explain his thinking. We asked Anscombs for a valuation as they had recently sold two properties nearby. We immediately liked Scott and didn’t bother to ask any other agents. He gave a realistic valuation and from then onwards the service was absolutely outstanding.
Photos were arranged for a sunny day and the brochure was on the market by noon the following day. Viewings were agreed and our property sold within a week. Communication with Scott and Liz was excellent and they gave lots of extra help and encouragement when our purchase of a house failed. We found another property and they were then very proactive in pushing our sale over the line quickly.
We can’t recommend them highly enough and to top it all they were such lovely people to deal with, thank you Scott.
