Rude and unhelpful. They rang me up and said I knew nothing and hung up on me.
I was asking why a 3 bed flat is not suitable for children? Don't recall it being in the particulars.
Apparently you are not allowed to use your washing machine or hoover or make noise between certain hours due to a physio business below! Not sure you are going to get many appilcants for that place then. I mearly suggested that maybe it would better of being a non residential letting. 2nd time that place has been up for rent in the last couple of year. I wounder why?
I am obvously near the truth or should would have not been so defensive and rude.I was merely trying to find accommodation for a homless family I am representing. Discrimination wherever I try. I also made the mistake of mentioning they were on disability benefit. Not very professional when the agent hung up on me. We did not get the chance to register as they hung up. Not sure I want to send the family in to register if that's the kind of reception they are going to get!
