She helped us understand how the sales process works in the UK and gave us the confidence to put in a bid on our dream house. She has also been a great bridge between ourselves and the vendors, where both sides wanted to convey that this was more than a transaction, but the passing of one family home to another. 26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)I've rented a property through BMH for around 5 years now and it's honestly the happiest and most settled I've felt. The lettings team are friendly but professional and get things done quickly on the rare occasion that I do report any issues. When visiting the property, I've always found BMH staff to be very polite and respectful. In places I've rented before (through other agents) you're made very aware of the fact that you dont own the house but with BMH I feel they really treat it as though it's the tenants home - which adds to that settled feeling I mentioned earlier. Their communication is great too, whether it's notifying of tenancy inspections, arranging appointments or just answering general queries. The response is usually quick with clear, honest answers to any questions. It was a while ago but i do remember their application process too and how straightforward it all was. From first viewing on 25th September it took just 3 weeks for application, referencing etc and by mid October I'd moved in. Really quick and simple. In short I'd recommend this letting agent to anyone.

Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. 23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

Sarah kept us informed at all times and was very patient as I was always ringing to chase the process along as we wanted to move very quickly. The process took just 9 weeks and we were extremely happy with the service we received from Sarah. Highly recommended.

Fortunately we only dealt with one to sell our home and we have been lucky enough to find "The Best Agent in Town". How to sum up the incredible team at Lawrence and Co in just a few words is tricky but here are our top 5. Classy, Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Approachable. As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!

18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)The sale of our property experience with Sandersons was second to none, from the initial visit by Jane through to finding a Buyer could not have been more straight forward. The whole team seemed to work as one unit and were very professional in their approach. Most importantly we were kept informed of progress all the way. Special thanks to Jane for her initial steps in the process and advising us on many aspects, Shayna and Jackie on the sales side and to Charlotte in post sales. When we move next time we will have no hesitation in using Sandersons services again. Thank you
20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Block Management employees are extremely rude, insensitive and aggressive. I have spoken to Jodie on the phone who has no interpersonal skills and she is unable to maintain a respectful discussion. Given that one of her main duties working at Martin & Co is to handle calls, she has no communication skills and is not knowledgeable in the field. I do not recommend the company as they do not have adequate customer service training. Many thanks.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
