17th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?
30th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)After being let down on another viewing with a different company, Vicky Pluta immediately offered a viewing for the same evening on a different property and was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Word of advice, if someone has already put in an offer on a property it is courteous to let viewers know prior to the day so that they can decide whether they want to view at all. Rather than flippantly informing them during the viewing. Ridiculous.

31st Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

My house sale went as smoothly as possible with daily updates from james who kept us informed all the way. There were a few hiccups along the way but james always found a solution Would recommend
