26th Aug 2024 (25 weeks ago)I chose Micheal Anthony because I had seen their signs in my locality, so I knew they were conversant with the prices in the area. From the beginning, they were helpful and kept me in the loop constantly. The housing market is slow right now, but they stuck with the plan and were successful in the end.

23rd Nov 2024 (12 weeks ago)We have recently sold our house and bought our forever home using Jackson- stop! We found Jackson- stop a proactive and professional estate agent to with. Anthony especially who we mainly delt with was always available to talk too, and did everything he could to keep everyone in the chain happy. All staff had a friendly manor, emails and phone calls always being returned promptly.

21st May 2024 (8 mo. ago)My wife and I uses Cranes Estate Agents to purchase our recently new home, and the service we received couldn't have been better, Gareth was our first point of contact from booking the viewing to meeting us on site, and relaying our offers. Clair then had the task of ensuring the purchase went smoothly, and she certainly did, very informative throughout, quick to reply with any queries we had, and made it feel a very personal experience from start to finish. We definitely wouldn't hesitate in using Cranes again.

27th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Sanj at Avenues was professional, timely, knowledgable & attentive to the market. He went above and beyond at no extra charge. We were living abroad when selling and he kept an eye on the property for us to cover our insurance requirements and responded positively to other requests we made. He was very quick to respond to emails and follow up queries or chase solicitors for us. He helped us achieve the price we were looking for very quickly, and guided us through the process seamlessly. Fabulous service all round.

From initial contact despite travelling he was great from outset. He was accommodating for us to view the property and has always answered any questions promptly. Didn't feel like we were working with a business for our home purchase, Ivor is down to earth, friendly yet still professional. We have saved his number and will definitely keep in touch. We are settled in our new home with huge thanks to Ivor for his support. Thank again Lafford James Team!
6th Oct 2020 (4 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

Jay quickly and thoroughly grasps the situation and provides clear and concise advice. His desire to assist the client in obtaining their goal is first rate.

8th Aug 2018 (6 years ago)Contacted them 3 times and on each occasion was promised a call back. After 3 attempts I have still not heard back from them, clearly this is a company that does not value customer service!!
3rd Jan 2025 (6 weeks ago)I asked Giles to provide a valuation for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a copy some time afterwards and the office staff were very helpful in providing it on the same day. On another occasion I called Giles for some urgent information and again he was most helpful. I felt very reassured by his extensive local knowledge and experience.
