Dom and his team were superb throughout the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend Lion Prestige. From the initial discussion about our property through to the excellent marketing and unique approach, we knew our house would achieve our valuation expectation. A true breath of fresh air in the estate agent industry and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of selling your house. Dealing with Estate Agents usually fills people with dread but working with Lion Prestige was a completely different and very pleasant experience. Having met Dominic whilst viewing a property when mine was up for sale with another agent it became clear I needed to swap agencies. When viewing a property Dominic clearly knew the area and the property but would be honest if He didn’t know the answer to a query with a promise to find out and get back to me . This was what I wanted from an estate agents. I wanted that level of professionalism. I had previously sold my house twice but felt the agents I was using had not conducted due diligence on the buyers and taken them at their word. This meant that after accepting offers nothing seemed to happen and this slowed down my property being sold. Dominic and his team have a very proactive approach and it was clear that potential buyers liked dealing with Lion Prestige. We sold very quickly when we went on the market with them, even though the market at the time was very flat . I think the photos and the video where above excellent from the start .Our previous agent had submitted very poor quality images and twice the photographer had to come back. Lion Prestige’s videos and photos actually had me question why on earth was I selling such a lovely house!!! Once we accepted an offer we were passed to a different team know as the “ Progression team” here Eliot and Luke kept us informed every step of the way and conversed between Buyer and the seller regularly. and also contacted both conveyancers regularly, and that kept everything on track . Chains often fall apart through lack of communication but Eliot and Luke made sure the communication channels were constantly open. Even on completion where most agents expect the buyer to come to the office to collect keys Lion Prestige meets the new owner at the house. A Nice touch. In life it’s very true “ you get what you pay for” Lion Prestige’s are not the cheapest agent. They will not romance you with a ridiculous valuation to get you on board but they will be open and honest. For once I do not begrudge a penny of the fee I paid. If you are looking for an agent I cannot recommend Dominic and his team enough and will be willing to talk to any prospective client to reassure them... Read more

Our experience of Dominic and the Lion Prestige team has been fantastic from start to finish. Dominic is the definition of professional - extremely knowledgeable with great client-facing skills - and wise enough to surround himself with an excellent team. Mention has to go to Elliott - sales progressor extraordinaire - who supported me to be exchange-ready within three weeks of having our offer accepted!
