Our daughter brought an Audi A1 from Farm Garages. This is the second car we have purchased from Lee and the service we received was excellent both times. Lee gave the time for us to look at the car and to test drive it without the pressure to buy. He gave us a fantastic part exchange on her old car and a great price on the Audi too. Unfortunately the car broke down after a few weeks (nothing the garage would have been able to foresee), however the care and attention that both Andy and Lee gave to making sure that the car was fixed under warranty was outstanding. Purchased a 2008 Ford focus for £2000 from them got the car in a garage to be looked over. They found rusted spark plugs in a couple of inches of water in my opinion could be dangerous. I got a price to be fixed and sent it over to them with a breakdown upon Farm garages request. Suddenly no replies forecoming and no refund for the cost of repair which was only £130.90 so not inflated by the garage. The are a few alarm bells with this garage looking back. Some vehicles seem to be kept in a separate car park 100m or so down the road and once payment was made they said it doesn't come under any of the aa dealership promises or dealer approved scheme. The car was advertised on the AA site and farm garages listed as an AA approved dealer so will investigate this further with the AA.... Read more

Excellent service from Lee and Andy. No pressure sales, which is rare in the industry. Travelled down from Yorkshire and was well worth it. Air con packed in on the way home and they fully replaced it and payed for it. Every dealership should take notes from these guys. Will look again when I get my next car.... Read more

wow what can i say .a grt family run buisness the cars are all aa aproved and inspected the garage as some lovely motors the staff are so polite and helpfull and there is no presure to buy a car when u visit the place lee is the manger trust me he works hard there and so does the rest off the staff the place is so clean and tidy i brought a car from there a month ago all moted for me and valted for me and ready to go thanks guys your the best trusted garage in my eyes allway reccomend u guys... Whilst they were very good with no pressure on buying the car, it turns out that the Golf I purchased which they sold me with a warranty of 3 months was not so good. I took it back to them as it was making a knocking noise when the clutch peddle was pressed down which indicated the clutch. They said they could not find anything when I took it back (women on her own so you could tell me anything). The clutch then went on the car when the warranty run out and I am told they had not even looked at it, as the bolts underneath were all rusty and they would have needed to get them off to check and now the aircon has completely packed up and needs a new condensor and other things totalling another 250.00 as well as £500.00 for a clutch, all within 12 months, not good. Wont bother with them again!... Read more

Just bought a car from these guys and more than happy with everything. Spotted the car on Autotrader, gave them a call and arranged to see it on the weekend. Car was clean and tidy and ready to test drive. A couple of very minor points were taken care of in the pre-pickup once over and then one was promptly taken care of just up the road at a local garage; I needed a new motor on the auto-unlock boot, this was all arranged and paid for by the guys. Very attentive service without any signs of a pressure sell; came recommended from the mechanic that takes care of my cars. No issue with giving 5 stars.
