9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Andrew Coney and team are amazing. We have been with them over 70years and I have every confidence in how they manage and solve a variety of agricultural farm issues. I had a small problem last year and Andrew himself put me in contact with the right people and went above and beyond. His knowledge of agricultural conveyancing, legalities, speedy action have been truly amazing this year. Thank you Andrew for all you have done.

17th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Dreadful agent (Andy Backhouse) that seems to struggle to sell properties even in the middle of a boom. Lacks professionalism and / or the basic ability to return calls or emails in less than a week. If you're thinking of selling your property, avoid these or at least this agent. There are plenty more competent, and proactive agents out there.

3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!
