2nd Jun 2026 (10 days ago)From the start of the selling process Square Room were professional and helpful with any matter we had. We has initial personal conversation with Paul , the owner who explained the whole process such as time, timescales and fees and then we’re handed over to the wider team who were confident and pleasant throughout. Square Room handled the viewings which was a great weight of my mind and their communication was outstanding. From confirmation bookings to follow up calls. As I was acting as POA on behalf of my father, I was concerned things wouldn’t always be communicated to me, how wrong could I have been. I even recommended Square Room to a couple of friends who were selling their house. A big thank you to all the team at Square Room.
9th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I have just re-let my property after much needed and extensive renovation works. All of these were handled by Sutton Kersh, using their recommended contractors. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard and I was kept informed of progress, with photos, at all times. Grateful thanks to Hannah Callan at Allerton branch, who helped me to choose a decor scheme from a distance (I live abroad). The property was re-let on the first arranged viewing day. I would recommended Sutton Kersh without hesitation.

9th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I had a fantastic experience with Daniel Bright from Lettings. So impressed with the level of professionalism and how quick things were sorted. From a viewing at 10:45 to 1pm, a holding deposit was paid and the flat was taken off the market. Huge thanks to Daniel for all his help, cannot wait to move into a lovely new flat!!- 9th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I attended a viewing today which was organised by Amy. Everything ran smoothly and she was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had; and she was very efficient in going through the process!
8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)It was a pleasure having Maisie Webb from Cowell Norford be involved in the sale of my property she did her upmost best to help me sell even after the first deal fell through she managed to find a buyer not soon after. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past but the staff at Cowell Norford were by far the best. Communication was always there and updates were giving regularly. ????????????
17th May 2026 (26 days ago)I was renting with Buckley Frayne from 2020-2025. Overall great experience excepting the last year. Good parts: Great service, quick arrangement for contractors if anything is broken. Things need improvement: 1. Poor communication between property managers and tenants, there was once I had to email our previous manager several time without responds then eventually found out that our property was assigned to another property manager. 2. Obviously I was expecting rent increase every year but the renewal price for our last year was ridiculous. They proposed £1300/month for renewal despite the market price is 1100-1250 (I know because the exact apartment got rented out with £1100 at the end after us) 3. The deposit deduction at the end, they tried to charge something like £200 or £250 for year and wear over 5 years wear and tear. I eventually got all deposit back through DPS dispute. In conclusion, if you decide to rent with them, keep an eye on market price if you renew, and keep records of all photos when moving in.

28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Nothing but impressive. I had several options of estate agent to use when selling my property in May 26. An initial visit from Ryder and Dutton ( and others) left me with a clear choice of who i wanted to handle the sale. The initial visit by the branch Manager ( Matthew Clayton) was professional and filled me with confidence , equally recognising the realistic potential i could sell the property at. Further visits for viewing and photographs were all coordinated efficiently by Mitchell Cust , leaving me feeling i was in good hands. The proof was also in the pudding, as an offer was received the day after a bulk viewing was arranged. I would 110% recommend Ryder and Dutton if you want to sell your house quickly and with the assurances you have a great team handling the sale of your property . Thank you Matthew , Mitchell and the team for an outstanding service, also for selling my property within hours of the viewing.

There local knowledge and reputation for selling similar properties as well as being competitively priced with their fee is what swung us towards using sell well. Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????

Viewings were undertaken & feedback was given straight away. Lauren has been so encouraging and helpful especially along the way. I would totally recommend belvoir if you want to sell. I greatly appreciate the time and effort put in by Lauren and the personal touch goes a long way.
