7th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Absolutely appalling customer service. If I were renting or selling a property, I would not be using this company. Richard and his assistant were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to show me and my team a property we were genuinely interested in renting or buying. Their reason was that we hadn’t yet obtained a change of use — which makes no sense, as any reasonable business would only consider that after viewing and deciding whether the property is suitable. The attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Carigiet Cowen to anyone looking for a helpful or proactive commercial agent.
4th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I was extremely interested in a property with this agency last month , but they never answer the phone and never reply to emails. I tried multiple times over several weeks and couldn’t get a single response. If this is how they communicate with potential tenants, I can’t imagine how they’d handle anything once you’ve actually moved in. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time don’t even bother.
