11th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)To initially value the property at £220,000 then drop it to £205,000 and except offers from £190,000 makes me wonder why put it on so high in the first place. It gave me false expectations and potentially lost out on an offer higher than what I have now agreed to now.

Very unprofessional, considering we are cash buyers, completed our own property sale and living in temporary accommodation. When questioned, they offered no apology and proceeded to try and sell us a more expensive property.
