I have worked with many agents in the past and Dente is by far the worst. I recently purchased a property and upon completing the sale I was advised that I should pick up the keys from Dente's office. Upon finally making contact (after an ignored email and voicemail) the agent, Mohammed Jamal, told me he didn't have the keys and later advised that he assumes they have been 'misplaced' aka he has no idea where the keys to the property are and he cannot be bothered to find out. His only suggestion was that I should pay out of pocket for a locksmith to gain access to the property I have just purchased, despite him having lost track of the keys. I got in touch with the auction house who looked into this for me and confirmed that Dente DID in fact have the keys (9 days after completing the purchase). If it was upto Mohammed Jamal at Dente I would have paid for a locksmith to gain access when the keys were sitting in his office all along. He received his money from the sale and couldn't care less about anything else. I recommend that any prospective clients avoid this agent and find someone more trustworthy and professional....
