Very knowledgeable and professional and one of the best around in my opinion. Respond time lightening quick and always makes you feel at ease with a very friendly manner 10/10 keep up the brilliant work.

30th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. 11th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)I bought my house through Jan Foster Estate Agents over a year ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into an absolute nightmare because of the way this company operates and, in particular, because of the behaviour of Ashley, the agent I dealt with. From the very beginning, Ashley was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, showed no patience, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a client making one of the biggest purchases of my life. Simple questions were met with attitude, poor communication, or no response at all. At times, he was outright disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable in any profession, let alone estate agency. Communication throughout the process was shocking. I was constantly left chasing for updates, clarification, and basic information that should have been provided without me having to beg for it. Deadlines were unclear, things were poorly explained, and I was often left feeling confused and stressed because no one seemed to care enough to do their job properly. Instead of being supported and guided, I felt ignored and brushed aside. Buying a home is supposed to be handled with professionalism, respect, and care. Unfortunately, that was entirely missing here. The stress, anxiety, and frustration I went through could have been avoided if Ashley and Jan Foster Estate Agents had shown even a basic level of courtesy and competence. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Jan Foster Estate Agents to think twice. Based on my experience, they lack professionalism, respect for clients, and proper communication. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. This experience left a lasting negative impression and completely took the joy out of buying my home.

16th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)We used Next2Buy for our move to Newcastle and they were genuinely brilliant. Our move was handled by Wendy and she honestly made the whole process less stressful every time she called. She made sure we were kept in the loop at every stage in the process, and gave us advice whenever we were unsure of what to do. If there were an option for a 6 star rating on here, I'd ask they add a seventh for Wendy alone.

10th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Catherine and Derek were excellent to deal with from the moment I first made enquiries to the day I moved out. Any emails were responded to very quickly and any issues dealt with - the property was very new and there were some things the builders had to sort but Catherine kept chasing them to ensure things were fixed. All in all they made the process so easy and efficient and were always so pleasant as well. Deposit was returned the day after I moved out which was fantastic.

26th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Asked us to pay for cleaning the flat in return for our full deposit back, only to delay returning our deposit for 5 months, only to go back on that, and claim half the deposit. This was after years of poor service. Don't trust these people.
