14th May 2026 (12 days ago)At start the agents were bang on. But once I'd got with them the original agent passed a lot of things onto other staff and I had to keep ringing for problems. At the point of it being sold they never even rang. I found out by ringing them and it was a case of ..well it's sold we thought you knew! Not good enough.

I was harassed by Teri Dunning’s emails telling me and pushing me to sell and leave my house with my stuff in time when I was not able to do so! I was explaining this many times to her but she knew better. Complete fail with dealing with disable people who can’t do things fast and in such a stress which can have very serious consequences on health and even life. Very disappointing process Teri Dunning may be nice to others but she was not nice to me. That’s my opinion and I won’t change it because more people can find themselves in my place in the future. She was angry at me, she was pushing me into doing what she wanted me to do no matter what it ment to my health! Then she got revenge on me with no respect when my decision was to defend myself and my health! Immature behavior. I’ve got answer from Pattinson and they are not so nice like this public answer every person can see under my opinion. 8th May 2026 (18 days ago)We can’t praise highly enough, the experience we have had with Lisa Irving and all her colleagues at Rook Matthew’s Sayer, Whitley Bay in purchasing our beautiful new home. From the moment we stepped into the office to register our interest in a new property and were met with Lisa’s lovely smile we couldn’t have been better looked after. We went on to buy the first property that Lisa suggested we look at, which was absolutely perfect for us. We are also selling through RMS Whitley Bay and similarly are enjoying a superior service.

You have been instrumental in helping us buy our first home together, and nothing was ever a bother, from quickly returning our queries with calls and emails to chasing things up with the solicitors. Excellent communication throughout the whole process - we really appreciate everything you've done. Can't recommend Northwood North Shields enough! Having decided to sell our house we contacted them in November 2025, they found us a proceedable buyer by December and we hadn’t even signed off the brochure at that point but a sale was agreed even before being listed. Completion took place early April 2026. Thanks to Wendy, Faye, Scarlett, Victoria, Jess and a few more I can’t remember. Well done.
