She explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent.

18th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)RMS sold my property on day one so excellent. The follow up by the staff was also excellent, especially Matthew Wright, who kept us informed right up to completion. So why just the four star rating? Well RMS recommend a solicitor who, in my opinion, we found to be disappointing. A very simple sale took six months to complete, and was very stressful. Maybe all conveyance agents take too long and are too bureaucratic? If you pick your own legal team then RMS as an estate agent would get five stars from us.
8th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)They are nice people to deal with but their overall approach can only be described as passive. I made the running on price reduction and they just complied. Communication was poor . I had to chase them to get the result of a viewing. Overall, a wasted year.

17th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)We got there! After a lengthy completion process we finally made it. Helen and the wonderful Sawyers team worked relentlessly to the very end to get things sorted. Helen was excellent and worked so hard for us. From the initial valuation to the very end , the team were professional and the valuation was accurate. The photographs of our property were accurate and beautiful. I would highly recommend this estate agency if you are thinking of selling in North Tyneside.- 8th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)The entire process was made nice and simple as someone looking for my first home. The gentleman that helped me was called Jake and I cannot thank him enough for his patience and happy attitude, when the time comes I will most certainly be returning and hopefully he will be there as he really put the time and effort in to build up a rapport with me.

Wouldn't go past Fiona and her whole team for any body.We had lots to sort out over along period of time and sure enough got there in the end. I never at one point felt I was being put in second position , I live internationally and everything was done without any broken promises. Super friendly on the phone and was up to Q with what was going on. What started out thinking was gonna be a nightmare turned into a full on proffesional job ,especially with me living abroad .After a few twists here and a few twists there, the sale of the property couldn't have gone better. Fiona and the team have been my agents for 10 years and never once did I think i was with the wrong Agent. Thanks for Everything Fiona and your wonderful team. After 55 years in our home it was time to move on, a choice not taken lightly but the Staff were with us all the way. A very professional Firm whom I would recommend highly.

She was always quick to respond and was consistently available on the phone whenever we needed advice or reassurance. During what was a stressful time, her calm and supportive approach made a real difference. She never made any question feel small or unimportant and always took the time to listen and help. Louise dealt with every concern quickly and professionally, and her support throughout the process was greatly appreciated. She is a real credit to Bruntons.
