The communication was great all the way through and the whole team worked hard to ensure that buyers and we as sellers had all the information we needed. The whole process was much smoother than we feared, as the team went above and beyond to keep everyone to the required timescales. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Youngs again.

21st Aug 2026 (30 days ago)If possible, I would not even award them 1 star. Absolutely horrendous service when requesting information or updates about the sale of our late parents home. Numerous failed call returns, no response to emails, rude comments towards my grieving sister when they thought the phone call had ended, obnoxious attitude to our solicitor in the last days of the process when requesting costings for their "services". It is troubling to have to pay them a lot of money for very little in return!

It was useful to be able to pop into the shop locally , as by phone there were often other people from other branches answering! When the sale fell through, family members encouraged me to look at an alternative agent but I felt it was sensible to continue & things improved dramatically. I was very grateful for all the agent did to complete the sale.
