I can’t put into words how good Shankland Barraclough have been. Nothing like any other estate agents we’ve dealt with before, not pushy in any way, always honest and very clear at every step of the way and always contactable. Jeremy and Liz dealt with our sale and were absolutely great, everything went smoothly. The house we bought was through Shankland Barraclough too and it was a complicated purchase with issues with the chain and deadlines that needed to be met. Harpinder chased the chain day in day out for a month and was absolutely fantastic, without her our purchase may have fallen through. I can’t thank her enough.
