Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience. Belvoir were consistently slow and unresponsive, and the handling of my deposit was particularly disappointing. They waited until the very last day of the deadline to submit their proposed deductions, unnecessarily prolonging the process and leaving me waiting for my own money.<br><br>For a relatively small amount, the amount of chasing and hassle was completely unreasonable. I found the whole process dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not recommend Belvoir to any tenant.

From the first time we met her, she was so friendly, approachable and helpful, and she made the whole process feel much less daunting.<br><br>Debbie was always happy to answer our questions, keep us updated and help whenever we needed it. She really went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, and we always felt that she genuinely cared about helping us find and secure our new home.<br><br>We’re now happily settled in and absolutely love our new house. ????????<br><br>A huge thank you to Debbie for all her hard work, patience and kindness throughout the process. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She’s been fantastic from start to finish!

Right from the start the team were friendly, honest and knowledgeable having a really good grasp on the local market. Every time we called for information or advice they were quick to respond. Once we had a buyer the sale itself was difficult at times. But Shankland Barraclough were empathetic and really supportive guiding the process and the support from the whole team was excellent. In particular though, Jeremy and Harpinder were our sale process rocks.
