24th May 2026 (25 days ago)I recently sold my house with William H Brown in Horsforth, a very professional service from enquiring about listing, through marketing, viewings and handling the sale. Abbie and the team were fantastic and miles ahead of other branches in the area imo. Highly recommend- 15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Dacre son and Hartley when selling your house. It can be such a stressful time but for us we were kept informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. Emma and the team were always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions or update us with any news. Thank you all
12th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.- 1st Jun 2026 (17 days ago)my first time of experience of buying a property on my own , and in different location. I am also not the greatest with technology. fromm the very first phone conversation , and through the process Remi has been fantastic . taking time to explain the process, and walking me through remi also answers the phone with a very welcoming happy tone. thank you. He was always polite, kind, and so understanding of the stress involved. On top of that, he went above and beyond by chasing solicitors, something we didn’t expect, and it made a huge difference in keeping things on track. We also want to thank Jeremy for making our sale as smooth as possible. We couldn’t have asked for better support—truly outstanding!
