Very strange a house came up for private rent that same day I applied and they rang me saying I couldn’t apply because I don’t live in the area I live 5 miles away from the house,I don’t understand why that would be a problem anyway then asked me what budget am I looking at I said £700 then said I won’t be able to rent with that the house applied for is on for £690...
