I would call them and they would say they will arrange someone to come value the house .....I had already instructed them! This happened 3 times! I have 0 viewings and they took an awful photo of the kitchen and put that as the main photo on rightmove! Would NOT recommend, they say all the right things to sell themselves to you but unfortunately they do not do the same for properties.... Read more

Firstly I’d like to say this is my 2nd time using haybrooks at crystal peaks , i had such a smooth and easy experience buying of them the first time I decided to use the best for the sale of this house ! Rachel .... wow amazing ! I messaged her on the Saturday she came and did the pics on the Sunday and on the market the Monday ... the advertising was amazing and we had so much interest based on the fantasise marketing Rachel did .. moving on the Haley ,, what a star , she was amazing at organising all the viewing we had booked in and kept me calm when I thought it was all getting a bit crazy ! She held my hand when I needed it and kept me on track with all the 2nd viewings .. we sold in 4 days and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it with out her !! Shes such a warm and friendly person but so professional with the way she conducts herself And just puts you at ease , nothing is to much for her and I’m so grateful for everything she has done and still is doing for us ??
