She understood our predicament, a quickly approaching vacate date, and proactively worked with us to enable a viewing as soon as possible. Having viewed, we paid the holding deposit and began the confirmation and verification process. Cerys very patiently handled my many enquiries during the process and accommodated my preferences from the 'normal' way of doing things. She even advised on the free parking options near the office for when we had to complete the paperwork and pay the deposit before collecting the keys. We certainly appreciated her efforts on our behalf to secure our new rental.

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Very strange a house came up for private rent that same day I applied and they rang me saying I couldn’t apply because I don’t live in the area I live 5 miles away from the house,I don’t understand why that would be a problem anyway then asked me what budget am I looking at I said £700 then said I won’t be able to rent with that the house applied for is on for £690
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
