27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.
26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We can’t praise and thank the Clee team in Carmarthen enough for their professional and considerate manner in which they dealt with the sale of our home. Starting with the initial reassuring consultation with Hazel to Eryls knowledgeable and expert home visit to assess our property and Sian’s first rate supervision of prospective buyer visits. The whole process took only 7 weeks exactly from the day it went on the market to moving out . We HIGHLY recommend CTF to anyone intending to put their property on the market.

Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

2nd Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I set the team a very hard challenge and they delivered. Throughout all the time it took to sell my house, the team kept me informed on what was going on. They were very helpful, approachable and easy to work with. An A1 service and team and would happily use them again.

1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)West Wales properties went above and beyond to sell two properties for me in Carmarthen. They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.

29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
18th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)We have recently suffered a significant ingress of water into the roof of our bay window. It was to Mr Arigi who immediately initiated the survey and repair procedure. At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.
