19th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I only give 1* as you can't give 0*. I strongly recommend to avoid this place. We recently bought a house with them and it was such as bad and stressful experience from the very beginning. As we have gift money for deposit from our parents that live outside the UK, they had to do International transfer which took a few days (booking appointment etc). We informed agency when they will receive deposit confirmation and they still chase us every day and remind that if they won't receive it someone can bit our offer. Before we put our offer we have been told there is no chain but after few weeks when we were ready for completion date we had info that "chain above their chain is not ready yet" so we had to wait additional 5 weeks. To speak with person who was dealing with our purchase we had to phone the office and person was never available and our messages was never passed to her. Before signing the contract we wanted to double check the house and first we had to give them reasons why we want to double visit and then our appointments has been cancelled 3 times at the visit date when we already booked time off at work. After sale I send few emails and never received any replies. Very unprofessional and poor service. I just really hope to not deal with them never again.

13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I had a great experience with Popular Move and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, with constant updates and they were always easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions. The whole selling process was smooth and well managed, with viewings and negotiations handled professionally, which made everything far less stressful. I really appreciated their advice on pricing, which was clear and helpful from the beginning. Roland, Amy, Claire and especially Tiffany were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. Overall, a fantastic service and a very positive experience.
26th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very poor so far, called and asked for further details on a property to be told that it has an accepted offer. I asked for other details on similar properties and was told that they would be emailed to me and received nothing for weeks. Later to find out that the property I was interested in had no offer and is still available. His open and honest approach is refreshing and it's good to meet a mature agent for a change. 9th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

The sale was an emotional one for me as it had been our family home for over 45 years. Amy and Bethany dealt with myself and my family in a kind, considerate manner respecting our wishes. The whole process was very easy. I live in Essex therefore I was not able to visit the office in person but I was kept fully informed of the situation by phone and email. The whole process start to finish took 12 weeks. I was extremely impressed with the speed of the service and the help and advice I was given. Many thanks to all the Team from myself and my family

17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I was very happy with Cardigan Bay Properties. I was with them for a long time, as my house proved a little difficult to sell. I got to know the team over that time and always found responsive, helpful and friendly. My house sold in the end and I was glad I stayed with CBP throughout the journey. I felt supported by Tania and the team and I felt they were fair and straightforward in their negotiations. I would definitely recommend Cardigan Bay Properties to anyone who wants to sell their home, even if it is a house that is not the easiest to sell as mine was.
20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I had a really positive experience renting through this agency. They were always helpful and easy to reach whenever I needed anything. Communication was smooth throughout the entire time I rented the flat. Whenever something needed fixing in the property, they responded quickly and made sure it was sorted without any hassle. Even after moving out, they continued to be supportive by helping with any mail that still arrived, which I really appreciated. Overall, they were reliable, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
