Nothing was ever any trouble and on the rare occasion that he couldn't be contacted another member of the team was always just as quick and efficient to respond! Always felt comfortable during viewings to ask any questions or just general chit chat! Thanks!

23rd Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)Got promised a house all the way till I went to sign the dotted line and they realised I was disabled and my partner wasn't Welsh. They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting

17th Jan 2025 (18 weeks ago)Beware!.Do Not Use Recomended Solicitors by John Francis Estate Agents! Purchasing house through John Francis Estate Agents in Tenby. Manager Martin, " Highley Recommended using Solicitors through them. No Sale, No Fee!!. We went ahead with Countrywide Conveyancing. We paid up front 399 pounds. Days later Howels Solicitors on behalf of Countrwide, contacted us requiring 50 pounds for search. We Paid the 50 pounds. Surveyers Report came back. Very costly repairs needed. We contacted Howells immediately to inform them of Cancelation of purchase of house. Asked for Refund of 399 pounds. They had not received this money, only 50 pounds. They instructed me to Contact John Francis. Contacted Manager, Martin, at John Francis Estate Agents Tenby. Martin told me, "He would get back to me". After several days. Called into Office to be told by Manager, Martin to contact Howels Solicitors for the 50 pounds, as Countrywide had done the searches??. We were Not entitled to any money back. BEWARE!!. John Francis Estate Agents are part of The Countrywide Conveyancing Group. DO NOT TRUST John Francis Estate Agents on Recomendations for Solictors. As soon as you pay 399 pounds. It has Gone! If you have to withdraw from purchase.

22nd Apr 2025 (30 days ago)We have been searching for our new home in Wales for 6 months. We've come across a few different estate agents. Some ok, some not so and some excellent. John Francis falls into the excellent category. I first dealt with Shannon when she helped us with a viewing in Haverford West. Unfortunately the property wasn't suitable. Fast forward some.months and Shannon was there again when we viewed the house we are now hoping to buy She is so kind, professional, accommodating and was genuinely thrilled we'd found the one. If you want professional, personal aervice with people who genuinely care then choose John Francis. Thankyou Shannon.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
