6th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Claire at PopularMove helped me buy my house and helped with my solicitor who was difficult to get in touch with. She was GREAT. Friendly, professional, and on the ball. On the day of completion she phoned to say we'd bought house and to give me key. An hour ( at least!) later my solicitor called to give me the good news. We were already saying bye & thanks to removal men. That summed up whole experience really. Everyone should buy their new house from PopularMove! Especially if Claire is agent. Thank you Claire.

I had moved overseas while this happened, and greatly relied on JJ Morris to keep the process moving along. 30th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

It’s been lovely experiencing that from the other side now as a customer. They’ve both been really helpful, approachable and genuinely invested in helping me find the right property.<br><br>James and Lara are not only great at what they do, but genuinely lovely people to deal with too. They care. They’re a real credit to JJ Morris and a great asset to the team. The staff helped you every step of the way, from the estate agents , the auctioneer and the solicitors. They keep you in the loop and are so helpful with anything you need explained

We have dealt with FBM over many years and have no hesitation in recommending them.- 30th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Well, basically told things by the senior agent which were not the fact at all and he even smirked at me when I gave him an initial offer price. Would not recommend them after our experience.

Ellie was the estate agent that I was dealing with, Ellie was very professional. Highly recommend and would definitely buy with John Francis again.
17th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.
9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Our experience with Preseli Lettings has been exceptional from the very first enquiry through to moving into our new home and I honestly cannot recommend Preseli Lettings highly enough.<br><br>Finding the right house to rent was incredibly important to us as a family, and Charlotte and Courtney made the whole process feel straightforward and extremely organised. The application process was easy to navigate, communication was excellent, and we were kept updated every step of the way.<br><br>Just as importantly, it was reassuring to know that we will be well looked after going forwards whilst renting our cottage. Knowing that Preseli is a family-run business gave me real confidence that the team genuinely care about their tenants.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful to Preseli for making the process such a positive experience.<br><br>Without a doubt, the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.
