Communication was excellent and the team immediately managed to secure a number of viewings for us. We were kept informed at all times. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell a property in the Cardigan area.
23rd Aug 2024 (16 weeks ago)Got promised a house all the way till I went to sign the dotted line and they realised I was disabled and my partner wasn't Welsh. They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting

28th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Brett Property were a bit of a mix really. They overvalued the property, but there are a lot of issues in the area related to changes to council tax etc, which have flooded the market. They did a good job with advertising the property, but I note their presence on X (Twitter) has not been updated, so I assume they're only on Instagram, this was despite them saying they had a good social media presence. The video tours were a nice addition and set them apart. The email communication was very prompt and helpful, but I found the format of the emails not very user friendly, everything was an attachment and email said please see attached.

Even a few hiccups along the way, Sara especially was at the end of the phone whenever I needed something and always did her best to solve the problem.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
