12th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

8th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish. Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.

12th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.

As a seller, I found Chloe to be very professional, punctual and polite and the service they provide is top notch, they go above and beyond. They offered sound advice and communicated extremely well. They were quick to respond to any queries and to give feedback from viewings. We would definitely recommend.

I spoke to a few agents in the area but feel CBP are head and shoulders above the competition. They’re very current in their thinking and know their customers, both sellers and buyers. The advice I received was reassuring and helpful. The photographs and marketing was superb, and I’m very fussy. It all paid off as my home sold within days to a buyer who is lovely and totally reliable. An excellent service. Highly recommended
