19th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .
16th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Firstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.

Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. Amazing team 100% recommend

25th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

3rd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I have been living next door to one of their rental houses and their fence has been majorly broken for over a year and hanging into my garden,they say they cannot find anyone to fix it ? I have spoken to your team on many occasions by phone and email. The last person i spoke to was Gregory Williams. Another month, fence still down, will it ever get fixed ?

13th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
