19th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

The sale and onward purchase wasn’t quite smooth sailing but I knew what was happening every step of the way, I’m never moving again, hopefully, but if I do I would definitely use Daniel Matthew again

Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. Amazing team 100% recommend

25th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

The photographs were fabulous, showing the house at it’s best. Any queries we had over the change in the housing market were dealt with reassuringly.

22nd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Firstly I was put into a damp flat with no heating whatsoever, after developing severe asthma & chest issues they moved me into another flat where Alison George now fine me £100 a time for parking outside my own home. Disgusting company, avoid at all costs.

13th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
