I am on my friends computer I'm Robert Andrews I couldn't rate less than 1 star so had to put 1 the rating is more minus 5. Nearly everything in all the previous reviews has happened to me
When I was meant to move in the house was filthy flies nest in kitchen black grout all in kitchen Tyler's with dirt empty beer cans in cupboards which we found when we picked keys up and Katie the manager laughed when I found them which shows they do no inventory before doing move ins. The carpets were smelling of cats pee did manage to get just a stairs one which they dumped the old carpet out the front which was there for the whole of my 6 months tenancy. There was 2 big separate pulse of rubbish as in wood slate Tyler's etc when asking Katie the manager to remove the rubbish we were told to leave it there but not to add to it. Also before we were in process of our last 4 weeks viewers were coming they were meant to give 24 hours notice and arrive At a reasonable time so the letter can be handed over but one night Angela from penaf forgot to drop letter off in to us when she finished work in penaf at 5.30 so she decided to try and sneakily post it through our door at 12.30 in the night which disturbed us and caught her getting back in the car and she said sorry I was meant to post tea time this is completely unexcepable and very unprofessionall
All walls were suppose to be painted before I moved in and damp sorted but had to do it myself as they didn't bother waited 4 months for someone to come and fix my sink and 3 days we were left with no heating or water as boiler broke this was winter time to. And when I have left the property I cannot get any of my money back I paid £440 rent in advance in cash and council also paid so it was paid twice so they had 7 months of payments and I only lived there 6months but they keep saying there's no rent in advance after leaving they didn't contact me for a while so then I had to contact them and they then told me there was no bond or rent in advance to come back to us as they went behind our backs to get carpet cleaned cos they reckoned it smelled also said kitchen needed cleaning which I can't see that as it was scrubbed with a steam mop. They didn't even have the decency to inform me of the carpet and kitchen to be cleaned so that I could do myself they just spent my money.... STAY WELL CLEAR PENNAF SHOULDNT HAVE A BUISNESS THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DO NOTHING AND DONT GIVE IT BACK......
P.S ALL STAFF MEMBERS HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE AND THEY NEVER KNOW WHATS GOING ON THEY JUST GO ROUND IN CIRCLES AND PASS YOU ROUND THE STAFF MEMBERS. IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE A PROPERTY WITH PENNAFF I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU RECORD EVERY PHONE CALL BECAUSE THEY ALL CONTRIDICT THEMSELVES AND SAY DIFFERENT THINGS ALSO WHEN THEY COME OUT MAKE SURE YOU CAN RECORD OR TAKE NOTES SO YOU KNOW WHAS BEEN SAID?
P.S pardon my French but I would rather pitch up and live in a Fukin tent than a PENNAFF property!!!!!!!!!!!

We have tried them once, and we will Never ever go back to them again even if they would pay us. They Never payed us fairly, never on time, the best part of dealing with them was when we left them.
It is simply amazing the customer service skill that the branch manager has.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and caring way in which everyone at the Neath Office handled the sale of our property in Neath. We live in Warwickshire, but we were kept up to date at every step of the process, and the whole experience was made simple for us, even though we lived so far away. Although I never moved home in the end, I had a free valuation which was very accurate and I was very impressed at how helpful these Estate Agents were, would definitely use them again.
They managed one of our properties for 3 years, they had a habit of never being transparent to us and every-time the tenant just raised a question they suggested we do and pay for an unnecessary repair, never felt they were fair! and strong enough to face the tenant's demandy attitude.
When it came to annual gas check, we had to remind them.
For routine inspections?! We had to remind them.

They arranged numerous visits on a property which was in need of a lot of upgrading. They were realistic about the sale value. They gave sensible advice. They kept me up to date with the purchasers intentions. They were very professional, but friendly too.
