Writing I cannot recommend Abbie at Homes in Alton highly enough. From the very beginning of the sale through to completion, Abbie has been absolutely outstanding. She has always been professional, friendly, approachable and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions or concerns I had, she always responded to my emails promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. Abbie went far beyond what I expected from an estate agent. She helped us find a company to unblock the property's main manhole and also arranged for someone to clear the remaining items from the house when we were unable to do so ourselves. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Her kindness, patience and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to manage.
