Well worth their slightly higher than average fees.

31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I have never sold a house before so I was a complete novice. I think they probably would agree that the property was a bit too far away to give a proper service. It was 40 mins away. They should not have taken it on The staff in the office were always unfailingly polite. When my son had given them a rocket, the property then sold. I thought (as it turned out) the property was put on at an unrealistic price and although I agreed that price with the Agent, I should in retrospect taken other Agents advice. The other Agents were completely correct as to what it fetched. I read all the information about how to sell houses too late. I have learned a lot.- 3rd Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)Thank you all very much for all your help to purchase our new home. You were available for viewings at suitable times and carried me through the Auction process which I was unsure of. Brilliant ????

18th May 2023 (1 year ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

We are in the process of purchasing a house through them & even though we’re not directly using them as an estate agent they couldn’t be any more helpful. It has been quite a long process and Victoria stepped in and helped us get the enquiries sorted & everything pushed on when things were taking a while. We are now at the point of exchange/completion and should be in our new home very soon. If I ever want to sell my house in the future I would definitely come back & will be recommending them going forward. Thank you again to all of the staff as nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them! ????

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

Moved in July 2024 (around 5 months ago) and we still have outstanding maintenance issues to be fixed despite raising these issues through Hive’s maintenance system the first week we moved in. We have contacted multiple members of staff regarding these issues and half of them have been resolved after chasing them but the rest seems to be forgotten about. I have now gave up chasing for them to be fixed.

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
