   We sold our property in Middles Farm Estate at a time when mortgages were rising. David Bailes were brilliant throughout the sale. Special mention to Coral who helped to keep the sale moving when one or two snags were occurring. Her interventions were always at the right time to keep the sale from stalling. She took excellent pictures and quickly produced details, which she forwarded to us for approval, and once the house was online Melanie kept us fully informed of viewings and the reaction of the potential buyers, positive and negative. Within a month we had several offers and accepted one of them for close to the asking price.    Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy.
