I had a complicated move from Christchurch to Braunton this summer, having to pull out of 2 properties and finally settling on a third when there was very little on the market, being homeless for 3 months whilst waiting for solicitors to complete their tasks. It was difficult, but throughout that time I could always rely on the friendly voices at Phillip Smith and Dunn in Braunton. Both Vincent Brock and Cleeve Pugsley were so helpful, always full of understanding and advice. No request was too demanding and no problem was ever too difficult.
