29th Dec 2020 (4 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

After waiting over two hours for a call back I decided to call them only to receive a very rude man who didn't have any telephone manners and didn't really care. In my opinion I'd advise not using this company if you are looking for a professional agent as obviously this isn't the service they give.

A serious buyer was found within two weeks, and the asking price agreed. Smooth sailing from start to finish. It's nice to find an honest estate agent. Keep up the good work, and I'll see you for the next one!

No hassle, no pointless phone calls that achieve nothing other than to annoy. Moving is stressful but with Dan I felt at ease. Thank you for a wonderful service.
