Can't recommend Harvey Richards and West highly enough. Friendly, professional and straightforward to deal with. They know the market inside out and provided honest advice, a realistic valuation and an approach that worked where others had failed.

24th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)If I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I absolutely would! I can't recommend them enough. They assisted in a crisis when another local letting agent made me homeless due to their incompetence. John German were professional, helpful, communicated with me at every stage and got me moved into a property within a week! All of the staff were fantastic and they made what was a very stressful event, absolutely seamless. Big thanks to all!
11th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale. We felt that they always worked hard in our best interests, particularly Oliver and Matt in their Aldeburgh office - highly recommended.

They did so with such care and professionalism, significantly reducing all those stresses often associated with renting property. So when it came to selling this house, we looked no further. Here again, Colebrook Sturrock's thoughtfulness and professionalism was evident throughout. We were kept constantly informed about the progress of visits and responses, and when it came to receiving an offer, they ensured everything went smoothly to a successful conclusion for all concerned. I only have praise for Colebrook Sturrock and their lettings and sales teams.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)No communication, failed to turn up for the two viewings they had arranged and told the estate agent of the property we are buying that our purchase had pulled out before they told us. This one full week after they were informed about the loss of sale costing us the price of a survey. Very poor.

7th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)As the purchaser of a property in Broadstairs that was listed with Cooke and Co, I can only say what a truly professional estate agents they are. The staff who showed us around several properties were extremely knowledgeable about each one. They were also polite, punctual and very helpful. Once we had an offer accepted on a property, Victoria Field, the Sales Progression & Compliance Manager, has been wonderful. She regularly kept us updated as to how the sale was going and any request/query we had were answered promptly, in a very professional and friendly manner. We cannot praise Victoria enough for the help and support we have received. We would highly recommend Cooke and Co. to anyone buying or selling a property in the Broadstairs area. Thank you to each and every member of staff we had dealings with.

2nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)All Staff that we dealt with in this Estate Agent were very compassionate when dealing with the probate sale of my late father's bungalow. All through we were kept up to date with viewings, feedback, developments, offers, the process of selling and the actual sale. Very helpful indeed with completing all necessary documentation. All the worries attached to selling a property were alleviated by this very friendly team of people. Thank you!

We have recently moved into the area, and Russell was the agent for the sellers. Our own agent was worse than useless, and it was Russell and his team that did the chasing up etc for our own sale, updating and advising us regularly. I feel the service provided by this agency far exceeded the standard which seems to have become the norm in this industry. Oh and the welcome card and bottle were very much appreciated. We wish Russell, Kirstie and the team continuing success...they deserve it. Kerry and Bill

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.
