I have been into the office twice recently to speak to someone in Lettings. Twice I have left my details & still no reply. The Lettings Manager is never available. Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.... Read more

I've just recently completed my house purchase & from the viewing up to completion, I've been very happy with the service I received. I was liaising with Maisie throughout & she was always very helpful, friendly & prompt with her responses when I had any queries. She took the time to go through the initial application form with me & provided me with good recommendations for a solicitor & property surveyor. As a first time buyer it was a bit of a nerve-wracking process but to know I had someone I could contact & get quick answers from really helped.
