The team at Osprey are far ahead of the other agencies when it comes to the propoerty rental experience. I've lived in rented homes for almost 30 years and the landlord/agent is usually hard work. But not this time. A special shout out to Charlotte for her approachability, knowledge and professionalism... and also for really understanding the rental experience from both the landlord and the tenant's points of view. Highly recommend as a trusted agency.

Maria at Ospreys has been really brilliant. She works tirelessly to make a house sale/purchase run as smoothly, as quickly and as free from stress as possible. Our purchase was made difficult because of conveyancing further down the chain, but Maria was there supporting her clients, and also us - the purchasers, as was her colleague Hannah at the Melton office. Roll on completion!

Many thanks to Osprey. They help us a lot. We are new to UK and have looked for several rental properties but the agents were not really helpful. Some even requested us to provide N.I. number. That was an excuse to reject us, I think. Osprey is very helpful and really take care of the property. They have replaced the faulty boiler, got a new tap for the kitchen, replaced the door bell, ... They set everything in very good conditions so that we really enjoy it. Thanks again!

From the initial viewing of the property to the final day of tenancy Ospreys have been great!
Helpful, friendly, reliable and professional with every contact I had with them.
A very high level of customer service was always provided whichever member of the lettings team I spoke to.
If ever I become a tenant in the future I would hope Ospreys would be the Agents.
