17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

28th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Would highly recommend. We recently purchased a property from Savills. Sarah Hunt went above and beyond to assist in getting the sale through very quickly. Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really big thank you for helping is buy the house of our dreams.

From the moment we showed an interest in the house we since bought, nothing was too much trouble . We were give access to the property several times, given very accurate information and liaison between the seller and ourselves was carried out very professionally.

Ben and the rest of the team in Battle Office couldn't have been more helpful. charming and professional. It was the first time I've bought a property on my own and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout. They definitely deserve 5+ stars and my sincere thanks.
This agent doesn't have any reviews- 6th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service from Savills. We had got down to a choice of two agents and decided to use Savills because my eldest daughter had been so pleased with the effort the Cranbrook branch went to in order to overcome some last minute obstacles with her chain and keep her sale on track. This was definitely the right decision. The commission was competitively priced and overall we feel it was very easy from start to finish. The photos looked great, as did the write up. The team who showed people round the house were on time, with good feedback where they had any. Becky’s involvement throughout the entire process was definitely beneficial and all your help at the 11th hour to get it over the line to meet the buyers incredibly tight deadline was much appreciated. It’s not easy to go from offer to completed in 6 weeks, but we made it! So thank you for your professional yet warm and friendly service, which was very much appreciated.

As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!

It was a very stressful time selling up and moving away from Hastings but from the moment I started working with Just Property in Hastings, everything fell into place. Austin took beautiful photos and everyone involved with the sale, worked hard to arrange viewings and to complete on the sale. A huge thank you to Kyle Logan for being amazing from the moment I walked into the office and said “Help I need to sell my flat” right up until I handed my keys over. He helped keep me calm, worked to find me the perfect buyer and really supported me through a very stressful time. Thanks to him I now live in a dream house in Kent and also know that my buyer is very happy in her flat in Hastings.- 10th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lovely people but only managed to get us 2 viewings in 5 months.
