12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Superb service during our house purchase. We have mainly dealt with Mike, who is a true credit to an industry that often comes under criticism. He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed!<br>We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients.<br>Thanks for everything!

11th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Danielle from the letting side has been amazing, she is very good with communication and always keeping me up to date. Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers.
