Knew the house and it's details well, made good use of their knowledge in selling.- 11th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible service, don’t know what they are doing, push you to the point where you get frustrated with them, then they use that as a reason to be rude on the phone. Advert said communal parking…..now being told it’s allocated, which is fine but the lady was very rude about it. Had to chase the inventory twice a week for a month…. Then it said a window was working that was not…. Before we rented the building we were promised someone would contact us to repair a hole in the wall….guess what NOTHING had happened. I will not be using this company again it’s just the worst

Was told in depth about the property which we ended up purchasing with Dan who was supportive and helped us as first time buyers throughout the stages and has been a massive help. He’s a great member of their team and very helpful would definitely recommend to a friends and Family.

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????
