2nd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

26th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)Ryan from Wood & Pilcher was amazing from start to finish. Had a great understanding of the market and communicated to us throughout the whole process. We had a good steady flow of viewings and we achieved exactly what we were looking for in terms of price. Ryan really excelled after we had agreed the sale chasing solicitors and making sure everything was ticking along nicely and we got the exchange and completion done in a timely manner. I can’t sing Ryan’s praises high enough.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

16th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)This agency is simply ridiculous. I have yet to see a property for sale on their books that doesn't look SUBSTANTIALLY over priced. My wife and I were considering a property in the area that this agency deals with but have refused to even consider any of their properties as they are so over valued. We have done extensive research of the area that they deal with and can only come to this conclusion!! SUCH a shame as there have been a number of properties we would of actually considered buying had they not been so ridiculously valued.

From the moment we showed an interest in the house we since bought, nothing was too much trouble . We were give access to the property several times, given very accurate information and liaison between the seller and ourselves was carried out very professionally.

29th Mar 2024 (21 days ago)On day of completion had been contacted by solicitors and other estate agency to say everything’s done, waited ages for foresters and nothing had to chase up ourselves as we Litterally had no where to go with all our stuff, get to the property to find previous owner had left lots of old stuff in loft garden down side of bungalow, estate agents hadn’t made sure property was empty, someone popped by to have a look but that’s all nothing was done about it and also forgetting are welcome package which we never recieved, wouldn’t Reccomend

Thomas Neville’s expertise, dedication and professionalism is unrivalled in my opinion. A lot of other agents could actually learn a lot from this chap. I’m recommending him to all my developer contacts, as he’s been in this business for over 35 years and I think there isn’t anything he doesn’t know when it comes to valuations and selling. So glad I’ve got him advising me also in the future. Thank you Thomas Neville and also to your team

27th Aug 2023 (7 mo. ago)Although Ben Dymond helped me view some of the properties in St Leonards, he actually is based at the Ticehurst office. I can't praise Ben's affable yet professional approach highly enough. He appeared to be just as interested in the properties as I was, and it felt like an unhurried and positive experience whilst viewing these houses. In fact, there were laughs and good spirits all along the way, which is a far cry from many of the other local estate agent attitudes. Ben did his absolute best for me and even gave me some advice generally on the area and what to be looking out for. In the end, the property I found was with a different company simply because it was on a street I'd been keeping an eye on, but I've kept in touch with Ben - he rang recently to see if all was going well with the property I'd mentioned I was buying to him. I know that if I hadn't bought that particular house, I'd have been able to rely on Ben to keep me up to date with the market and he'd have most likely found me my dream house. I would recommend Wyatt Hughes because of their positive, 'can do' attitude at the same time as maintaining their integrity in the industry. They are the team which gives Estate Agents a 'good' name - not your average suited and booted wide boy!
