Where do I start without being rude? They sent emails to my husband when requested them to send to me, they addressed our right move statistics to someone else and they tried to let someone view our property without notifying the tenants and went to let themselves in. At the end of 14 weeks there had been no viewings. When we went to the Robertsbridge office othe photo of our house was on a board covered in cobwebs and dust from the road. At the end of the agreed contract time there was no communication from them, I had to chase them up for keys and the for sale sign is still stuck behind our bin as they didn’t collect it....
