Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.... Read more

If you know Abergele you know that all the estate agents here are useless chancers. I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.
So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.
Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.
He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.
We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.
I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.

They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.... Read more
