This was the first time I had used Prys Jones & Booth and I have to say they were brilliant. Tom came to the property and provided a good, honest assessment and valuation. It was important to me to have excellent customer service and they certainly provided this. Rhydian kept me updated throughout the whole process and provided all the help I needed. The sale of the property was seamless from start to finish. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend them and I know friends and family will use them in the future.

Unfortunately there is a believe today that people are digitally attached to their phones and the internet emails. As upcoming viewings were sent by email I was unaware of a viewing as no phone call was forthcoming. By all means email but please also use the phone,

I needed to have my late mothers house valued for Probate and I reached out to several local agents. Tom Coathup at Prys Jones Booth was the only one to respond. They were naturally given the house sale to handle when probate was granted.
Tom & his colleagues were excellent throughout the whole process, keeping me informed of developments and providing advice when needed in what is currently a challenging sellers market. They also provided assisted viewing as I live an hour away so found it difficult to attend myself. I certainly can't fault them at all. Their T&Cs were very reasonable and met my expectations. Their service in delivering was exceptional. Thanks to everybody at PJ&B for their assistance in making this house sale the smoothest one I've ever had.

Tom at PJ&B has sold a couple of properties for us now, he and all the staff cannot be faulted, they're pleasant and really helpful, esp when things go wrong and you need them to chase up people in all directions, things certainly went wrong with our move so Tom esp was my lifeline in chasing solicitors up and a great source of advice too.

I would very highly recommend PJB, exceptional professional service from all of the staff from start to finish. Excellent communication and responsive to any queries I had. Moving house can be so stressful but they have been so supportive with advice on the occasions I have needed help.

We found Tom, Carol and Iwan to be extremely professional, helpful and thorough. Tom & Carol have been brilliant at both marketing our property and helping us with our search for another property. Iwan completed a fabulous Home Buyers Report. It’s the best Home Buyers Report I’ve seen and I’ve bought close to 20 properties over the years and used to type these reports myself!
