Knights was the second agent we went to, following the failure of the first one to get us a single offer. We received virtually no feedback on viewings, which was incredibly frustrating. Our experience was that Estate agent chains are salaried employees and are therefore not dependent upon sales to earn their salary and therefore indifferent to outcomes.
Knights, being an independent agent, have a real stake in selling as, no sale, no salary. This was reflected in the excellent level of service we received from them. They were attentive and informative, and reported back on every viewing we had and kept us apprised of activity on a daily basis. They found us a buyer at a price close to our asking price and I am very happy to recommend them to other sellers.
I receommended Knights Property Services to a friend who was looking to rent out her flat in Camberley. She was absolutely delighted with the service she received and a tennant was found within 24hrs for her flat and she is over the moon. Great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.
The sale of our house has been a long drawn out ordeal with many twists and turns along the way. However Matthew Daysh from Prospect has been a huge support and help throughout the entire process. He has been pro-active in selling our house within 24 hours of it coming to market and patient and understanding when it was all falling apart. Matt was always contactable when we needed and went above and beyond to get us moved, we never felt pressured or rushed and we valued Matts consistent professional work ethic. Prospect are lucky to have him on their team!
I travelled 17 miles to view a property on Saturday to get there and receive a phone call 15 mins after the viewing should have taken place from agent saying sorry the M3 was shut and he could get from farnborough to sandhurst (not far) and to be honest if I hadn’t of rang up and told them I probably wouldn’t have got a phone call. The girl I rang didn’t even apologies. Unfortunatley by reading the reviews this is probably a reflection on the individuals rather than the team.
What a great team, honest and kept us fully updated through the transaction. First class.
We sold our house on Handford Lane through Waterfords in August. Have to say that Kier Preece and his team did a fantastic job of informing us where we were along the way.
Waterfords were easy to deal with and overall, the selling process was made extremely smooth along the way.
Got there in the end with Karl and the teams help. Bought and sold through FS and was a relatively good experience. Thanks again.
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Tied us into a 6 month contract and told us the vendors of the house we're buying would accept out offer if we sold through them... Which is a lie as they've just reduced the price of the property we were going to buy. Please do not waste your time with these ''leading independent estate agents'' and go to an agent that actually know what they're doing like Romans or Prospect. Frank Schippers have charged us a shocking 1.4 anyway (which is what Prospect or Romans probably would of offered us) awful service, no viewings, no engagement from our agent and they asked us to reduce the price within 3 weeks despite them telling us they could sell our house at the price they valued it at. Massively stressful and I can't wait for them not to sell it in 6 months go I can go to a proper agent that actually values my opinion and custom! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL - PLEASE AVOID!
Having lived in Sandhurst for many years, we were a little nervous at the thought of moving as we hadn’t done so in a very long time. After meeting with several estate agents and deciding to bite the bullet, we couldn’t have been happier with the choice we made and the service we received from everybody in the team. Tom Bowman really knew his stuff, kept us updated from start to finish and found us a buyer at a price we were incredibly happy with a lot quicker than we were expecting. I can’t thank them enough for the work they have done and would recommend them highly to other family members and friends that still live within the area.
We used the full suite of Romans services; mortgages, conveyancing partners and of course finding us a house. By getting to know us Romans identified the right property for our family and then set about the difficult task of putting and holding the chain together. The Romans move coordinator was fantastic, she cajoled, complemented and worked miracles to get us into our house through a very traumatic move which seemed perpetually about to collapse through events outside of our and Romans control. We are now in our new house, paint spread on walls, garden pruned courtesy of a very professional outfit. House buying is to a certain degree about luck, luck of finding the right house and luck that you can sell your own in the right time, Romans made the whole process ultimately very successful for us and took a huge chunk of luck and guest work out of it. They will be my first point of call for any subsequent move.

Recently enquired on a house in Sandhurst.
Initially very helpful & booked a viewing on Bank Holiday Monday.
After turning up on time for my viewing & waiting 10 minutes no one showed up. So I phoned Waterfields & they claimed not to know about my booking even though I had an email confirmation & then was told the house has moved to another estate agent hasn't given me the best experience.
Would have been nice to have received a phone call prior to driving 40 minutes to view a property but I wouldn't recommend using them.
