4th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Chancellors Estate Agents Camberley couldn't have asked to be represented more positively than it was by Lettings Negotiator Jodie Nicholson during our recent rental search. Jodie's professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail meant it was a very pleasant, hassle-free experience for us, while her polite, friendly and compassionate approach took much of the stress out of a significant life event and was a breath of fresh air compared to many less than pleasing experiences with some of Chancellors' local competitors previously.

29th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. The team headed up by Ben helped a lot through what was a stressful experience due to the property having some challenges. I have to say how much we appreciated the Virtual Tour facility on the website - it helped a lot with the decision process.

The most positive experience you could expect. Rebekah and David were fantastic! You listened to what I wanted, kept me informed regularly throughout the process with regular calls and emails. It made a stressful process so much easier to go through.
14th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)We are having a nightmare with this company. We have now rented a property with them for a year. We turned up to the viewing, sat there for 10 minutes and no one showed. We called the office to be told they forgot to book it in and it would need to be rebooked, we had driven 4 hours to view this property as we were relocating so told them they had to send someone out. We were then rushed through the viewing. We ended up going ahead with the property and had no problems with this part of the process. However, anything that requires any form of management from Martin&Co is horrendous. They have 2 months to complete a gas safety check but left it to the last week they could legally have it done and then Oliver had a go at US for not being able to take a day off work to let them in. We got told it wasn't possible for them to give us a timed slot so we called British Gas ourselves and got told it was possible they just had to request it, M&Co wouldn't, so we did and I was able to work it around my job (but had to organise everything myself). We then got contacted about our yearly inspection, we called and booked it in for my day off, they never showed up. We called to find out that once again, they didn't book it in. We live in Wokingham but half of our communication comes from the Staines branch. We then got emailed 3 days before rent due to say they were changing the account we needed to pay, we went on to set it up and the bank stated it looked like a scam payment based on the account, we contacted the landlord as it was a Sunday and he said he hadn't authorised any bank change, so it did look like a scam! However, after contacting a very rude woman at M&Co they stated THEY were changing the bank account and we have no right to talk to our own landlord and to pay them immediately and we were lying about the warning from the bank (proof attached). We are on a fully managed contract and have had to organise everything ourselves so far, which is ludicrous. We are fed up with communication from this company and would never rent with them again.

Struggles throughout the lower part of the chain tested all of our patience, but they dealt with it perfectly, chasing everything to ensure a smooth completion. Highly recommend Seymour’s blackwater. Although the process took longer than expected due to issues further up the chain (through no fault of our own), Karl was genuine, honest, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was thorough, and whether it was a call back or an email, he always got back to us very quickly. Despite the challenges, Karl did everything he could to keep things moving. It's clear why the agency has such a great reputation in the area. Highly recommended.
