2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

31st Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)While looking for an Estate Agent in Bagshot, to manage the renting of my property, I decided to use Howlands since they’re a local family run property business with the reviews being positive and the prices competitive. I’m really pleased I made this decision with James, Sandy, and Allan providing a very professional service during the 18mth period. Communication was very good with any problems raised by the tenants addressed swiftly which provided peace of mind. Due to Howlands being a family run business they go the extra mile and ensure they offer a positive experience. Based off the positive experience I subsequently used Howlands for the sale of the property which also worked out very well. The photos of the property showcased the house very positively with the video walk-through organised by James also looking great. During the conveyancing process James and Allan did an excellent job with providing regular updates and managing the communication between the sellers. I’d thoroughly recommend using Howlands for renting, selling, or buying a property in the Bagshot area with it even more important to support this great local business.

The team all pulled together to help me rent out my house and then go on to sell it within 6months. The team were supportive, professional and efficient every step of the way and really worked together to ensure the best outcome. 8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)We are just coming to the end of our sale with Winkworth and the team (Henry, Chelsea and Jamie) have all been fantastic. They stood out from the first initial consultation, when Henry listened to us and answered our questions rather than giving us a sales pitch. They are all warm, friendly, professional and responsive. They have maintained regular and frequent contact throughout which has been especially helpful during the challenging times! When we weren't getting answers from our buyer's solicitors they were always on hand to chase and provide updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The sales progressor, Jane, was especially helpful and supportive from start to finish. Buying a property can be stressful, but Jane kept everything moving smoothly and made sure I was updated regularly. She was always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Her communication and attention to detail really helped make the whole process much easier. I would definitely recommend Michael Hardy Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly, and Jane’s support as sales progressor made a real difference.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Lucinda has been fantastic in managing the property—she’s always quick to respond, helpful with any queries or repairs, and makes everything feel straightforward and well taken care of. Rosemary was also brilliant when we first rented the flat. She made the whole process smooth and efficient, and everything was sorted much quicker than we expected, which really helped take the stress out of moving. Overall, a professional and reliable team that we’ve felt comfortable with throughout—thank you both!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Feedback was always received promptly from viewings, and negotiations on price carried out carefully with both parties being fully updated. Unfortunately, our move took over a year due to issues with the chain, completely outside Frank Schippers control. Karl worked tirelessly to resolve issues down the chain and to keep things moving and intact. Without Karl’s diligence the move wouldn’t have happened. Highly recommended the team at Frank Schippers.

Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

What he achieved was beyond what was expected, and he made the whole process a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. A star all round.
