I honestly couldn’t recommend Dan Brett at Prospect highly enough. From the very beginning, Dan was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned into a long and, at times, very stressful process. He was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and was consistently helpful whenever I called, no matter how many questions or queries I had. There were plenty of back and forth conversations over months, with different issues and stressful situations along the way, but Dan always remained patient, professional and approachable. He made what could have been a very difficult experience feel so much easier and was always willing to help, explain things and keep me updated. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about providing a good service, and Dan went above and beyond throughout. The family would have loved to say that our first (and only!) time being landlords was a good experience. Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.... Read more
