My daughter went to view a place today and the lady from the agent she met at the property refused to take her (and my wife) around when she asked them onsite when she could move in. This was despite the fact that they had explained her circumstances when my daughter called to make the viewing. As a landlord, I would be shocked if I knew my agent had dealt with a prospective tenant in this way. They'll never get my business nor will we be going back to this agent as a prospective tenant.

Unparalleled local knowledge combined with many years’ experience and faultless integrity put them head and shoulders over their competitors.<br>They tick all the boxes twice over with added enthusiasm and professionalism with nothing you ask being too much trouble.<br><br>All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly but a special mention to Nina who repeatedly went out of her way to help with nothing being too much trouble for her. Chris is a true master with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area with a positive down-to-earth approach that gets thing done and quickly.<br><br>I can honestly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property whatever the size or value. You will not be disappointed.

Would reply within 24 hours to any queries over email and normally call back within the hour if needed.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.

Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.
