16th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

8th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Professional team. Genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a personal touch apparent which is absent in so many modern letting agents. Additionally, there was not one cocksure young individual in a skinny fit, shiny suit. Excellent service and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Nick and all the team for their help and patience.

The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.

My issue with the landlord has nothing to do with my 1 star rating I gave you! You are rude and have , I don’t care attitude as you can see in other reviews not only me who thinks so.

(2 reviews)12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

13th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.THE PROPERTY BUYING COMPANY LIMITED

We have nothing but praise for how supportive Home & Manor have been throughout the process; namely Cheryl, Lexie and Alex who have become friendly faces and friendly voices on the end of the phone! Nothing is ever too much trouble and you can rely on them to action things quickly and professionally. It feels like you get a very personal experience from Home & Manor - this is our 3rd move, so we know this is rare. Would recommend Home & Manor to anyone. Thank you all of you for helping us sell our home and finding our dream home!
